This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all customers and users of the messaging and related services provided by OTPBlue EOOD (the “Services”). It is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement. We may update it; the current version applies.
The Services may be used only to send lawful application-to-person (A2P) messages — in particular one-time passwords (OTP) and transactional notifications — that the recipient has requested or that arise from a service the recipient has engaged.
Customers are responsible for registering and being authorised to use their sender identifiers in each destination, and for holding and evidencing any consents required for the traffic they send. OTPBlue may require proof of consent and of sender-ID authorisation.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor for abuse and fraud. We may throttle, suspend or block traffic, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to operators, platforms or authorities where we reasonably suspect a breach of this AUP or of law. We will act proportionately and, where practicable, give notice.
Report suspected abuse, spam or fraud to legal@otpblue.bg. We investigate all reports.
